Avatar PM > Billing > Service Panel Charge Input

'Y' enables the Active Diagnosis, and Medical Diagnosis fields in the Service Panel Charge Input form.

 The number of fields is controlled by the Number Of Allowed Service Diagnoses registry setting in myAvatar PM.
