Enable Follow-Up Appointment Functionality - Registry Setting

'Y' allows recording follow-up appointments, which specify appointments requiring follow-up, in addition to the due date, status and reason for the follow-up. This is accomplished by the addition of the following prompts to the Appointment Detail and Check Out forms of the Scheduling Calendar, Clinic Scheduling and Front Desk forms:

  • Appointment Requires Follow-up
  • Follow-up Appointment Due Date
  • Reason For Follow-up
  • Follow-up Status
  • Follow-up Appointment For

'N' removes the prompts from the forms and disables the follow-up functionality.
