Collection Site Code is set up in the Dictionary Update form (eMAR Tabled Files - data element 11002) of myAvatar CWS.

Enter the various body locations from which lab order specimens may be collected.

Examples:

  • 4- Left wrist
  • 5- Foley Catheter
  • 6- Straight Catheter
  • 7- Clean Catch
  • 8- Right Hand
