Diet Restrictions are set up in the Dictionary Update form (Order Entry Client Information file - data element 20982).

This user-defined dictionary has an extended data element:

  • 20984 - Cannot Be Combined With These Restrictions (comma-delimited)
    Enter values if there are other existing restrictions that should not be combined with the diet restriction that is currently being defined or edited.
