Treatment Setting is set up in the Dictionary Update form (Client file - Data Element 50).

This dictionary has an extended data element:

• 10500 - NCPDP Pharmacy Service Type
   This value is required in order to define the type of service being performed by a pharmacy when different terms exist between a payer and the pharmacy, or when benefits are based on the type of service performed.
