Client's Relationship To Subscriber is set up in the Dictionary Update form (Client file - data element 247).
Enter the possible relationships between the patient and the subscriber for use in financial eligibility.

This dictionary has several extended data elements:

  • 10247 - Billing Patient's Relationship To Insured
    Select the client's relationship to the insured.
  • 10248 - Client's Relationship To Subscriber (HIPAA Standard Codes)
    Select the client's relationship to the subscriber, for HIPAA standard codes.
  • 10400 - Default Client Demographic Information
    Select Yes to populate client demographic data when this dictionary code is chosen. Populated data can be edited.
  • 10401 - Client's Relationship To Subscriber (HIPAA-1500)
    Select the client's relationship to the subscriber, for HIPAA-1500 billing.
