Client's Address - County - Dictionary Value

Client’s Address - County is set up in the Dictionary Update form (Client file - data element 93).

Enter each of the counties to be used in the client demographics.

This dictionary has an extended data element:

• 352 - Submitting County Plan Code (CSI)
  Select the code to override the Submitting County Plan Code field in the CSI compile process, if the code is different than the Provider County Code selected in the Facility Defaults form.
