Close Code is set up in the dictionary update form (Client Funds Management File - Data Element 13002) of Avatar CFMS.

The Close Code is used to close an account. The account must have any holds released and the balance reduced to zero. Then the account can be closed. An example of the Close Code is 1 = Close.
