myHealthPointe 2.0 supports integration of assessment data and myAvatar modeled and product forms. This allows an organization to create and distribute assessments or forms from the Provider Portal to individuals and groups. Once a client has completed the form in the Consumer Portal, the discreet data will automatically flow to the form in myAvatar in a draft status.
