User Merge File Import

Merge multiple users at one time.

Prerequisites: The user merge file must be created as a section delimited file and be saved to the server. (format below)

  • Follow each column with a carriage return (ASCII character 13), and a line feed (ASCII character 10).
  • Follow each entry with a period.
  • Use commas for blank entries.
  1. Go to: RADplus Utilities > System Security > User Maintenance > User Merge File Import
  2. Open the form, and click Select User Merge File.
  3. Navigate to the file, click Open.
  4. Click Process User Merge File.
  5. Review the results in the User Merge File Scan Results field.
  6. If the file import has no errors,the Process User Merge File button is enabled.
    Note: All errors must be corrected before the file can be posted. After correcting the file, it must be re-compiled.
  7. Click the Process User Merge File button.
  8. The new user IDs must be entered the next time the user logs into myAvatar.
