myAvatar Client configuration for Netsmart Telehealth
Learn how to configure clients in myAvatar for integration with Netsmart Telehealth.
- In myAvatar, search for Admission or go to Avatar PM > Client Management > Admission.
Note: Be sure to select the appropriate admission form for either inpatient or outpatient admissions. - Search for and Select Client, then select the appropriate episode record, if applicable.
- In the Update Client Data form, ensure the following fields are completed and accurate. These are used for notifications and alerts from Netsmart Telehealth.
- Client Name - This must be in the format LAST,FIRST (no space).
- Cell Phone - This is the phone number where the client receives mobile alerts (optional).
- Email Address - This is the email address where the client receives authentication messages and other notifications. This is required for clients to attend live telehealth sessions.
- Submit the Admission form to save the changes.
