State Table Maintenance

Manage the State table, which defines State fields used throughout myAvatar.

  1. Go to: RADplus Utilities > Dictionary and Table Maintenance
  2. In the State field, enter the state’s initials, or click Select State and choose the state.
  3. Click Ok.
  4. In the Description field, enter the state’s description.
  5. (Optional) If appropriate, in the Deactivate field, select Yes to deactivate the state.
    Note: Deactivated states do not display in myAvatar State fields.
  6. Choose Select State to display the Select a State dialog box.
  7. Choose the state, click Ok.
    Result: State information populates the fields below and can be edited.
  8. When finished, select File State.

  • Click Print State Table to generate the State Table report.
