State Form Processing Flag Copy

Copy state form processing flags between different state forms and their records. This will allow users to copy flags to new state forms that were made to meet new state form requirements.

1. Go to: RADplus Utilities > State Forms Tools > State Form Processing Flag Copy
2. Navigate to the State Form Processing Flag Copy form.
3. In the State Form To Copy From field, select the state form from which the copies will be made.
4. In the State Form To Copy To field, select the state form that will receive the copied flags.
   Result: The Record to Copy From and Record to Copy To fields will show all records for the selected state forms. These fields will default to ALL. 
   
   Note: To select flags to copy from a specific record, select the record in the Record To Copy From dropdown. In the Record To Copy To field, select the record that will receive the copied flags. (The primary tables between the two records must match.)
    
5. The display will only populate when the Record To Copy From and the Record to Copy To fields are set to ALL.
   Result: This allows users to see all records with matches between the two state forms where flags are being copied.
6. Click Submit.
