Delete a State Form batch

1. Go to: Avatar PM > RADplus Utilities > State Form Tools > State Form Batch Creation
2. Select Delete Batch. 
3. Select the batch you'd like to delete.
4. Click Submit.

Note: You can also Edit a Batch from this form.
