To Do List

Manage To-Do items. Change a To-Do approval status, delete To-Do items. To-Do items are generated as part of a workflow or management process, and are not created ad hoc.

Prerequisite: The user must have open To-Do items.


  1. Go to: Avatar CWS > RADplus Utilities > Workflow Management > To Do List
  2. Select To Do List Maintenance.
    Result: The Workflow Management To Do List screen displays.
  3. Select a row in the number column.
  4. If appropriate, select the Approved column and choose the approval status for the item.
  5. Select OK to save edits.
    • Click Display Row Detail to view information for the To-Do item.
    • Click Sort / Col Resize to change the column display. Slide column dividers to resize. Click Sort / Col Resize again.
    • Click Remove Sel Rows to delete a to do row. A row number must be selected.
    • Click Print To Do List (Workflow Management To Do List screen) to generate a To-Do list report that displays all to do lists in myAvatar CWS.
  6. Select Submit.

The number column displays the row number.

Click a row to select it for editing.

  • Name - client name associated with the To-Do.
  • Action - the To-Do action required.
  • Table Name - SQL table where the To-Do is stored.
  • Date Sent - date the To-Do was sent.
  • Approved - click to change the To-Do item approval.
  • Sending User - the user sending the To-Do.
  • Outgoing Comments - associated comments sent with the To-Do.
  • Response Comments - comments returned back from the receiver.
