Team File Import

Import team data into myAvatar .

RADplus Utilities > System Security > Team Maintenance

 Once imported team information can be edited in the Team Definition form.

  1. Create a section delimited file.

  • Use any Windows-based word processing program. Save the document as a text (.txt) file. The file can be created in Microsoft Excel, and saved as a comma delimited text file.
  • Use section delimited columns. Follow each column with a carriage return (ASCII character 13), and a line feed (ASCII character 10).
  • Follow each entry with a period.
  • Use commas for blank entries.

  1. Save the file on the server.
    Open the Team File Import form, and click Select File.

  2. Navigate to the file, click Open.

  3. Review the results User Scan Results field. If the file import has no errors Begin Import is enabled.
    All errors must be corrected before the file can be posted. After correcting the file, it must be re-compiled.

  4. If the import is successful, choose how dictionaries will be imported (Import Action field), click Begin Import.

  5. Click Process User Import File.
