Sticky Note Maintenance

Delete Sticky Notes from a form with an associated sticky note.

RADplus Utilities > Database Management > Sticky Note Maintenance

A version of this form exists for each of the main myAvatar applications.

1. In the Entity Database field, select the database.

2. In the Entity Lookup field, enter the entity, and select.

3. In the Table field, select the SQL table.

4. Click Table Row Associated with Post it.
   The Episode Selection screen displays. Select the table row, click Ok.

5. Click Post it to be Deleted. The Sticky Note screen displays.
   Select the Sticky Note, click Ok.

6. The Post it Contents screen displays the Sticky Note information.

7. In the Reason for Deletion field, enter the reason for deleting the Sticky Note.
   The reason is stored with the deleted Post-it Note in the 'RADplus_post_it_audit' SQL table.

8. Click Submit.
