Pending Service Authorizations

This widget displays all service authorization records in the system where the Current Authorization Status is set to Pending. 

The Auth # serves as a link to open the appropriate service authorization form for each record listed.

Widget results will include member Service Authorizations, Contracting Provider Service Authorizations, and/or Funding Source Service Authorizations.

Display columns in the widget include:

  • Authorization Number
  • Client
  • Auth Begin Date
  • Provider
  • Total Estimated Liability
  • Authorization Status Reason
  • Funding Source
  • Benefit Plan
  • Date Created
  • Date Updated
  • Created by User
  • Updated by User
