Move Selected Data

Details

• All modeled forms are eligible for use with this form except for those which use service documentation. For those forms, use Service Documentation Corrections.
• Move finalized data from modeled forms that do not have associated document routing documents.
• Move finalized data for Treatment Plan, and Progress Note forms that do not have associated document routing documents.
  New treatment plans cannot be moved to different entities.
  • ​If a signature image is associated with the data, a message will display when a row of data from 'Client Treatment Plan' and 'Progress Note', or 'modeled' form contains is selected to be moved.
    The message will indicate where the signature will be moved to the new entity and episode.
• Move a row with a finalized document to a different episode for the same client.
• If the data is associated with a Document Routing document, a new page will be added to the existing document to indicate where the data was moved.

For episode-based applications, if different old and new client episodes are selected the same client can be selected for old and new entities.

In episode based forms, data can be moved between client episodes.

1. In the Entity Database field, select the entity database.

2. In the Form field, select the form.

3. In the Old Entity field, enter the entity name, click Enter.
   Client entities - in the Old Episode field, select the client episode.

4. Click Select Row to be Moved.

5. A form selection screen displays. Select the row of data, click OK.

6. If appropriate, click Print Row Details to generate a report detailing information in the Row Details field.

7. In the New Entity field, enter the entity name, click Enter.

8. Client entities - in the New Episode field, select the client episode.

9. In the Reason For Moving Data field, enter the data move reason.

10. Click Submit.
