Introduction to Avatar ERS
The myAvatar Executive Reporting System (ERS) is a data warehouse environment and reporting structure that helps resolve daily reporting requirements, while optimizing
the myAvatar system and identifying areas of improvement that will result in enhanced client care.
Avatar ERS includes a number of data compiles that allow customizing the selection of data. The saved compiles allow historical data analysis and the creation of unique data sets (batches) that provide for high performance data analysis.

Avatar ERS uses a highly indexed database architecture to efficiently store, retrieve and recall system transactional data.
The reports included with myAvatar ERS make effective use of the indexes in the data warehouse tables. These reports are organized so that summary information is presented as the initial display. From the summary information, the reports provide “drill down” to the specific transaction service or movement level as needed.
