Prerequisites:

  1. In the Select Program Statistics Compile field, select the compile.
    This list contains the current compiles generated through the ERS Program Statistics form.
  2. Click Process.

Program Statistics Discharge by Program

  • A graphic summary of client discharges.

Program Statistics by Primary Diagnosis

  • A graphic summary of the client discharges by primary diagnosis.

Program Statistics by Attending Practitioner

  • A graphic summary of the client discharges by attending practitioner.

Program Statistics by Age Group

  • A graphic summary of the client discharges by age range.
