Generate a compile that contains information about:

Charges by revenue reporting group, service code, group code, charge category, financial class code, guarantor liability, provider and service code group code for an accounting period.

  1. In the Compile Description field, enter the description.
  2. In the Compile ID field, enter the ID.
    • This value will be filed as the COMPILE_ID in the ERS compile SQL tables.
    • If another compile exists with this compile ID, the other compile will be deleted and replaced with this compile.
    • If this field is blank, a unique number will be assigned and saved as the COMPILE_ID.
  3. In the From Month/Year field, enter the starting month and year, in the format MM/YYYY.
  4. In the Through Month/Year field, enter the ending month and year, in the format MM/YYYY.
  5. Click Compile. A message displays the compile ID, description, date and time. Click OK.

ERS Batch Deletion Section

  1. In the Select Batch For Deletion field, select the compiled batch to be deleted.
    Deleting a batch removes all data associated with the selected batch.
  2. Click Delete Batch. The batch is removed.
