Delete/Re-Assign To Do Items

Remove To-Do items from a user or assign them to a different user.

  • Deleted To-Do items are removed from the user's To Do list.
  • Reassigned To-Do items display in the user's To-Do list.
  • Deleted To-Do items cannot be restored.

Prerequisites:

  • The user must be active.
  • The user must have available To-Do items that have not been reviewed.
Delete Items
  1. Go to: Avatar CWS > RADplus Utilities > Workflow Management > Delete/Re-Assign To Do Items
  2. In the Delete/Re-Assign field, select Delete.
  3. In the Select User field, enter the user name, click Enter to select. The To-Dos field displays the user's To-Do items.
  4. In the To-Dos field, select the To-Do items.
    Note: Document routing To-Do items are not included in this list.
  5. In the Comment field, enter remarks associated with the To-Do item deletion.
  6. Click Submit.
Re-Assign Items
  1. In the Delete/Re-Assign field, select Reassign.
  2. In the Select User field, enter the user name, click Enter to select. The To-Dos field displays the user's To-Do items.
  3. In the Select Target User field, enter the user name, click Enter to select. The reassigned To-Do items will display on the user's Home View To-Do list.
  4. In the To-Dos field, select the To-Do items.
    Note: Document routing To-Do items are not included in this list.
  5. In the Change Sending User ID To field, enter the user's new ID.
  6. Click Submit.
