Current Medications Widget

Display current medication information for a client.

  • Orders entered in myAvatar Order Entry (OE), OrderConnect (OC), and InfoScriber populate this widget.

  1. In the Client and Staff widget, right-click on the client name and select Current Medications.

  2. Select a medication.
    Historical information for the selected medication displays in the History section.

Columns

  • Medication - Displays the name of the medication, as well as the source of entry (OE for Order Entry, OC for OrderConnect).
  • Dose - Displays the dosage type and amount.
  • Category
    • For entries from Order Entry, this columns indicates when an entry is a for a Leave, Discharge, or History-Only order.
    • For entries from OrderConnect, this column indicates when an entry is a Non-ISC item.
  • Start/End Date - Displays the dates the client began and then stopped the medication.
