Create a Multiple Form Console Widget

Console widgets can display data from multiple forms with a client and data pre-display, and allow you to create a new record in the widget.

  1. Search for Console Widget Configuration and select the desired section (AM, CWS, PM, MSO, etc.).
  2. Click the Multiple Form Widgets section of the Console Widget Configuration from.
  3. Click Select Widget.
    Result: a pop up window appears.
  4. Choose Add New Widget or a previously created Multiple Form Widget from the resulting list.
  5. Click Ok.
  6. Enter a Widget ID (No spaces are allowed).
    Note: If you chose a previously created widget above, changing the Widget ID will create a new widget.
  7. In the Title field, enter the widget name (This title will display at the top of the widget).
  8. In the Forms to Display field, select the forms you wish to display in the widget.
  9. Click File.

Optional:

In addition to choosing Forms to Display, you can optionally choose Document Types to Display. This will allow you to see both the data collected by the forms you select and also images scanned into myAvatar according to the doc types selected.

Note: The columns that are displayed in the Multiple Form Widget are not configurable. If the forms chosen are not defined as "Date Sorted" in Table Definition, then nothing displays in the date column of the widget.
