Copy Form To Different System Code
Copy a user-defined form to another system code on the same application in a different facility.
RADplus Utilities > Modeling
Prerequisites:
- The new form can be created and tested in a test environment before being moved to a “live” system code.

Locked dictionaries, scrolling free text templates, user scrolling free text templates, and data element help messages are copied.

The form build environment is not transferred with the form. If the form or table will be modified in the new system code, the build environment must be moved.

Forms with Caseload Management functionality - the caseload management type is copied.

Forms with workflow functionality - the workflow type is copied.

In the Target System Code field, enter the target system code.

In the Target System Username field, enter the target system code username.

In the Target System Password field, enter the target system code password.

In the Target System Menu to Place Form Under field, select the menu to place the form. This field cannot be changed after the table column is filed.

In the Copy unlocked dictionary values field:
- Select Yes to copy unlocked dictionary values to the Dictionary Update form (User-Defined file) when the form is copied.
- Select No to remove unlocked dictionary values when the form is copied.
Facilities with multiple system codes
A form can be copied to multiple system codes at a time. Multiple system code functionality is enabled by a Netsmart system administrator.

In the Additional Target System Codes To Copy To field, select the system codes where the data will be moved.

In the Additional Target System Code field, enter the system code name.

In the Additional Target System Username field, enter the user's name.

In the Additional Target System Password field, enter the user's password.

In the Additional Target System Menu To Place Form Under field, select the menu.

Click Add Additional Target System Code.
To remove system codes that the form will be copied to:

In the Select Additional Target System Code field, choose the system code.

Click Remove Selected Additional Target System Code.
When finished, click Submit.
