Widget - Client Diagnoses

Displays the primary diagnosis for all active episodes a patient may have.

This widget is only available in systems that have been converted to the ICD-10 diagnosis codes.

  • ICD-10 Diagnosis Code information is included in the Diagnosis Code column.
  • DSM classification information is included in the Diagnosis column.
  • The desired DSM classification is set up in the Classification to Use registry setting.
  • Click on the client name and then click Refresh. This causes the system to review and display diagnosis information for that client's active episodes.
