Assign views to a user role

In myAvatar, associate a view with a user role. Users assigned to the user role have access to the associated views.

Prerequisite:

  1. Go to RADplus Utilities > System Security > User Maintenance > User Role Definition.
  2. Select the user role.
  3. Select Home/Chart View and Abstracts in the left panel. 
  4. For Allow Views on Role, select Yes or No as appropriate. 
  5. If Yes is selected:
    • Choose the Home View.
    • Choose the Chart View.
  6. Select Submit.
