ProviderConnect NX leverages existing myAvatar System Code Definition functionality to ensure proper levels of access are configured. A unique System Code should be defined for each Contracting Provider.

System Code Definition

Field	Description	Required Field
System Code	To define a new System Code, enter a Code Up to 20 alphanumeric characters are allowed Hyphens, underscores or periods may also be included No spaces are allowed For ProviderConnect NX, you should enter the name of the Contracting Provider as the System Code	X
Description	When defining a new System Code, enter a Description	X
Select Existing System Code	Select this command button to select and edit a previously defined System Code A selection box will display and allow the selection of a single System Code to edit
Remove	Select Yes to delete the System Code Definition If a System Code is removed, users will no longer be able to login with that System Code
Associated Programs	Select the appropriate PM Programs from the list When programs are selected, only client records for episodes in the selected programs will be available to users logged into the System Code. Programs can be associated with more than ons System Code
Submit	Submit the form to save the record
