ProviderConnect NX Login

Your ProviderConnect NX username and password is associated with the system code (agency) for your contracting provider.

System administrator: To replace the standard message on the login screen with a custom message, please contact your Netsmart implementation team for assistance.

  1. In your web browser address bar, enter the URL for the ProviderConnect NX website.
    Note: The managing organization provides contracting providers with URLs specific to their associated system codes (agencies).
  2. The System is the application (ProviderConnect NX). The value should be automatically filled. If not, select from the drop-down list as directed by your system administrator.
  3. Enter the System Code for your agency.
    Note: This unique system code prevents you from seeing client and program information entered by or related to other contracting providers. 
  4. Enter your Username and Password. Your system administrator will provide this information. 
  5. Select Login.
