Installation Prerequisites

Details

Application setup is performed by a Netsmart system administrator.

In order to install the ProviderConnect forms in Avatar PM and Avatar MSO, the following must be installed:

• RADplus Utilities 2006 or later

• Avatar PM 2006 or later

• Avatar MSO 2007 or later

The following registry settings must be defined:

• Registry settings for each Web service.

• The Child Namespace Connection registry setting.

In the ProviderConnect System Defaults form, the following must be defined:

• ProviderConnect Enabled must be set to Yes.

• A ProviderConnect user must be defined.

• Users are created in the User Definition form (Avatar PM)

In the ProviderConnect File Attach Defaults form, the following if files will be attached to ProviderConnect service authorizations the following must be defined:

• The file attachment network path and the Caché server IP or server name must be defined.

• ProviderConnect enhancements and updates are loaded in the Product Update and Customization Pack Installation form in the RADplus Utilities menu of Avatar PM and Avatar MSO.
