Edit a User

  1. Last updated
  2. Save as PDF
  1. Select the user.
  2. Select Edit User.
  3. Edit the user information as necessary.
  4. If appropriate, change the user's access group.
  5. If appropriate, change the user's active status in ProviderConnect.
    Note: Users that are not active cannot access ProviderConnect.
