Client Lookup Configuration Manager
Define search parameters that control how client searches are performed in ProviderConnect.

Weight different fields in the client lookup used in the Add New Client/Client Search link.
Search Criteria Screen
Search scores are the lowest score a search result must reach to display in search results.
Client records with a search score equal to or greater than the Minimum Score for Display field display in search results.

Select Client Lookup Configuration Manager from the System Definition menu in Avatar PM.
Note: The settings below are weighted to return client matches where last name and social security number must produce a client match in Avatar PM.

Minimum Score for Display
Set to 100.
A total search score of 100 must be reached to produce a client search result. -
Social Security #
Set to 80 or 100.
The social security number is required to produce a client search result. -
Last Name
Set to 20. -
Maximum Number of Displayed Matches
Define the maximum number of client search results that display.
