Treatment Plan Requirements Section - PM

Define the treatment plan requirements. This section works with myAvatar CWS Treatment Plan forms.

Prerequisites:

  1. In the Select Treatment Plan Requirements field, select the appropriate requirements.

  2. Click Update to update the fields based on the selected Treatment Plan Requirements.

  3. Click Remove to clear all fields.

  4. In the Select Programs field, select the applicable programs.

  5. In the Treatment Plan Required field:

  • Select Yes to require a treatment plan in order to bill.

  • Select No to allow billing to occur without a treatment plan.

  1. In the Default Treatment Plan Coverage (Days) field, enter the number of days covered by the treatment plan.

  2. In the Service Count field, enter the maximum number of services that can be billed for the Treatment Plan based on the Plan Date and Plan End Date.

  3. In the Select Service Panel field, select the panel type.

  4. In the Select Services field, select the applicable services.

  5. In the Remaining Services To Generate To Do field, enter the number of services yet to be processed.

  6. In the Day/Service Count Rule For Final Treatment Plan field, enter the number of days or services from the admission date to include on the bill even if no final treatment plan is in effect.

  7. In the Signature Required field, select whether or not a signature should be required for this treatment plan.

  8. In the Roles Requiring Signatures field, select the user roles which will be required to have a signature.

  9. Click Restore Treatment Plan Requirement Definitions That Existed Prior to Last File Import to populate the fields based on the previous treatment plan requirements.
