Stateforms Supplemental Data Section - PM

Define the settings for PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services) monthly billing within the PROS Compile/Post form. This section works in conjunction with myAvatar State Forms for New York.

Prerequisites:

  • The registry setting Enable PROS Processing must be set to 'Y' for this section to appear.
  1. In the Is this a PROS Service? field, select whether or not this service qualifies with the PROS program.
  2. In the Is this service a Face to Face Service? field, select whether or not this service was provided to the client in person.
  3. In the Off Site Service field, select whether or not this service was provided to the client off site from the facility.
  4. In the PROS Component field, select the component type of PROS service:
    • CRS (Community Rehabilitation and Support)
    • CT (Clinical Treatment)
      If a CT component, select whether or not this service meets the requirements for a prescriber visit in the Satisfy PROS Prescriber Visit? field.
    • Dual Recovery IR
    • IR (Intensive Rehabilitation)
    • ORS (Ongoing Rehabilitation and Support)
      If an ORS component, select whether the service was provided to the Individual (the client) or to a Collateral (someone who meets the regulatory requirements to be considered as holding an integral position in the client's care) in the ORS type of service field.
  5. Click Submit.
