Site Modeled Diagnosis Forms Report - PM

Display a list of all site modeled forms in all namespaces that have at least one field whose type is a diagnosis type.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > System Maintenance > System Definition
  2. Select Launch Report.
    Result: The report launches, displaying the namespace, the name of the report and the diagnosis axis.
