FHIR Address Start Date

To comply with FHIR API standards, the Address Start Date field appears on multiple demographic forms in myAvatar NX so users can indicate when the agency had knowledge of the client address, track the dates for address changes, and report the address history.

The Address Start Date appears on these forms:

  • Update Client Data
  • Admission
  • Admission (Outpatient)
  • Discharge
  • Pre Admit
  • Pre Admit Discharge
  • Call Intake
