The FHIR Goal Status extended dictionary data element (Client file, data element 54014, Status) allows for adding dictionary values to the Goal Status based on FHIR.

In Dictionary Update select ‘(60152) FHIR Goal Status’ for the Extended Dictionary Data Element and select one of the statuses required by ONC from the list in the Extended Dictionary Value (Single Dictionary) field:

Active
Cancelled
Completed
Entered in Error
On Hold
Planned
Proposed
Rejected
