ONC for the FHIR resource requires Care Plan text, which is a text summary of the care plan to aid in human interpretation. The Care Plan section of FHIR Resource (API) consists of a concatenated text field that includes strengths, weaknesses, and discharge planning.

Care Plan text is not included in any CCDA document or sent to myHealthPointe; it is designed for the FHIR resource. Goals and interventions are sent separately in their own resources.
