Overview

Enable an automated email error message after auto-processing the 835.

Details

  • An automated e-mail will be sent to users when an invalid 835 is processed. This will be available in the 835 Import/Export File Configuration section.
  • The configuration from the System Generated Email Settings form (RADplus) is used when generating notifications during the automated 835 process.

Steps

  • In the E-mail To (Comma-Delimited) field, enter the e-mail addresses of all parties to receive an e-mail in case of an 835 problem. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
