Configure OTP Service Codes - PM
Each of the new G-codes will need to be created as service codes in myAvatar. If there are unique doses for the drug you are administering, they should be set up as unique service codes in the system.
Other Service Code Category
Each type of drug will need to be assigned its own unique Other Service Code Category. For example, if you have 5 unique service codes for buprenorphine (oral), you will have 5 different service codes. All 5 of these service codes will need to be tied to an Other Service Code Category of G2068 or a naming convention of your choosing. If there are 3 unique service codes in your system for methadone, all 3 of those codes will be tied to an ‘Other Service Code Category’ of G2067 or a naming convention of your choosing.
