Benefit Plan Update - PM
Update benefit plan information when a benefit plan has been edited. The form produces a report that displays clients affected by the benefit plan update and changes liability distribution for clients where No is selected in the Customize Guarantor Plan field of the Financial Eligibility form, and charges are open.

Go to: Avatar PM > System Maintenance > System Definition > Billing Setup Maintenance > Benefit Plan Update

In the Benefit Plan field, select the benefit plan from the drop-down menu.

Click Update Benefit Plan Data to update the benefit plan information.

A report is generated that displays all clients affected by updating the benefit plan.
