About Teams in myAvatar - PM

If your agency organizes staff members into treatment teams or needs group notification or approval, you can define teams in myAvatar.

These teams may be used in: 

  • Document Routing - to identify users required for approval or notification 
  • Compliance Rule Definition - to define role-based compliance notification 
  • Scheduling Calendar - to schedule team members as participants in an appointment
                                         to filter the visible staff member calendars by the selected team
