MSO File Sharing

Attach documents to member enrollments and service authorizations. Once attached, these documents are available through CareLink.

Member enrollment information is available in the CareLink Client Funding Source Information screen.

Service authorization information is available in the CareLink Authorization Request screen.

  • .exe, .bat, .com, or .sys files cannot be used.

  • The filename must not contain spaces, or have more than one period.

  • Files cannot be larger than one megabyte.

Prerequisites:

  1. In the Member ID field, enter the member name, and select.

  2. In the Select Form field, select the form.

  3. In the Select Row field, select the individual member enrollment or service authorization.

  4. In the Existing File field, select a file to edit or delete the attachment.

  5. Click View File to open the file (Existing File field). Clicking File uploads the edited document to CareLink.

  6. Click Delete File to remove the file (Existing File field).

  7. Click Attach New File. An Open dialog displays. Navigate to the file, click Ok.

  8. In the Attachment Date field, enter the date the file will be attached.

  9. In the Comments field, enter comments to associate with the file.

  10. Click File.
