MSO Case Default

Set up the MSO case file functionality to create myAvatar MSO case records for a client.

Prerequisites:

  • This form must be created for the member entity.
  • Create an MSO Case Definition form through RADplus Utilities modeling.

  1. Go to: Avatar MSO > System Maintenance > MSO Case Default
  2. In the MSO Case Default Form field, select the user-defined form as the default case definition form.
  3. In the MSO Case Default Fields field, select fields to populate information in the Associated Case field (Service Authorization form)
    Result: The Current Order field displays the selected field data element numbers.
  4. If appropriate, select Clear Entries to remove the data element numbers.
