Create an assessment
Prerequisites:
- Netsmart Associate domain account has myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration access
- Access myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration
- In the Assessment Design tab, select Create New. New Assessment modal displays.
- Enter the title of the new assessment in the text box.
- Select Save. An assessment in draft status is created and displays in the left vertical navigation bar.
