Configure intake and output assessment
Prerequisites:
- Netsmart Associate domain account has myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration access
- Intake and output assessment created
- Navigate myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration website
- Select Add/Edit Assessment Tags icon
- Select I&O from Assessment Type drop-down list
- Select Save
- Select Publish
