Clone an assessment

Cloning makes an identical copy of an existing assessment which can then be modified as needed. 

Prerequisites:

• Netsmart Associate domain account has CarePOV Flowsheet Configuration access
• Assessment is added

1. Access CarePOV Flowsheet Configuration 
2. In the Assessment Design tab, select Clone for an Assessment.
3. Enter the title for the cloned assessment in the text box. 

Note: The cloned assessment name cannot match any existing assessment title. 

4. Select Save
