Add a question to an assessment
Prerequisites:
- Netsmart Associate domain account has myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration access
- Assessment is added
- Access myAvatar Flowsheet Configuration
- Select Add Questions within an Assessment
- Enter question within the text area field
- Select Save
Note: Multiple questions can be added at one time. Each question must be on a separate line. Empty lines will be ignored.
