About intake and output assessment

Intake and output (I&O) sections measure fluids entering the body (intake) and fluids leaving the body (output).

One I&O assessment can be configured for an Organization.

Volumes for intake and output are measured in milliliters by default.

I&O Summary view displays a 3 Day Summary for intake, output and balance.

Documentation entered within Flowsheet I&O Assessment is NOT integrated with myAvatar Intake and Output form or MedNote I&O and vice versa.
